When the client tells you they want to do NOTHING traditional- I usually think "heard that before - won't really happen", but in Larry & Jennifer's case they really meant it and their inspired ideas helped create one of the most entertaining weddings we have produced! After a short fun exchange of vows, the ceremony trio started playing their exit song "I Feel Good" and after a few bars, the main band picked up the same tune and welcomed guests to the event lawn for for a night of dancing, dining and cocktails. The space was set with an assortment of AFR Lounge furniture, long tables with stools, low and tall cocktail tables and there were no assigned seats. An organic backdrop of bistro and twinkle lights surrounded the band and guests were invited to dance and enjoy cocktails before gathering around the dance floor for a few bandy and fun toasts. The beautiful private Hideaway Country Club allowed Larry & Jennifer to bring in food trucks to feed their guests and after an hour of cocktails the food trucks opened for the rest of the night. Guests grabbed a bite whenever they wanted throughout the night and no one could agree if the Sushi Burrito Taco's, the Original Tommy Burgers or the Cosmic Foodie Grilled Cheese Sandwiches were the best!
