I am passionate about creating moments that make people laugh, cry, and celebrate the beauty of connection. Weddings are the ultimate expression of love and joy, and it’s an honor to help couples bring their unique stories to life. As the co-founder of our studio, I guide couples in discovering creative and personal ways to celebrate their love—transforming their dreams into unforgettable experiences. For me, there’s no better way to contribute to a world filled with more love and happiness.
My background in Silicon Valley shaped my approach to wedding planning. From designing stunning interiors to managing large-scale projects, negotiating multi-million-dollar deals, leading teams, and facilitating personal growth workshops, I honed the critical skills needed to deliver extraordinary events. Now based in Palm Springs, I specialize in crafting celebrations that break free from traditional molds, creating one-of-a-kind weddings that reflect each couple’s individuality and love story.
Dorry Wynham
CO-FOUNDER / PARTNER / ARTIST IN RESIDENCE
I am passionate about empowering people to live their fullest lives—at work, at play, and especially in their relationships. My art career has been a remarkable journey, taking me across the globe. Along the way, I’ve lived in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Europe, and India, dedicating myself to creating and teaching sculpture, painting, and textile design. Beyond my artistic endeavors, I’ve found immense joy in guiding others through personal growth and life coaching, helping them unlock their potential and express their unique gifts.
What truly fulfills me is helping people uncover what matters most to them and celebrate those meaningful aspects with the ones they love. From my past as a coach and guide to my current role as the visionary behind COJ Events, my greatest achievement is the countless lives I’ve touched, inspiring individuals to embrace their best selves and realize their dreams.

I absolutely love being part of fun and creative events, guiding couples with care and enthusiasm as they plan their special day. Hospitality is second nature to me—whether it’s managing catering and sales or ensuring everything runs smoothly on the wedding day itself, my greatest joy comes from celebrating the love and happiness that make weddings so magical.
Originally from Indonesia, I’m a Los Angeles transplant who followed love and family to Palm Springs. Though I grew up in the bustling city, I’ve found my heart in the desert. I thrive on managing the details, sharing laughter, and holding hands through every precious moment of a couple’s big day.
Mandy Dukovan
TALENT MANAGER
I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, which fuels my passion for supporting couples not only in creating their dream wedding but also as they embark on their journey together. Born and raised in Wyoming, I’m a small-town girl at heart, but California captured my spirit when I moved here in 2008 to work with Discovery Land Company.
Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats, but hospitality has always been my true calling. It’s where my love for connecting with people blends seamlessly with my appreciation for great food and meaningful experiences. My journey led me to work at a venue that hosted many of COJ's weddings, and I was constantly inspired by their meticulous attention to detail. Joining this incredible team has been a dream come true, and I’m honored to help create weddings and events filled with beauty, joy, and unforgettable moments.
